Each company is billed on its own base, one $75.00 charge per pay run per entity, not a single base shared across both. The per-employee rate applies per company as well. Charter bills monthly regardless of pay frequency, so a weekly client is not sent 52 invoices a year. This worksheet covers running payroll only. Setup, quarterly filings, W-2 and 1099 preparation, and off-cycle runs are priced separately and are not included in the figures above.
